Giving Birth To Mr White’s Baby Sample:

Natasha felt a cramp go through her tummy for the umpteenth time. She was not sure if she was going into labor or if it was the damned Braxton Hicks contractions. God knows she’d had enough if those during her pregnancy. She stood up and walked around the living room again. Her OB/GYN had suggested walking it out and taking long deep breaths every time the contractions came around. He had said that Braxton Hicks were a common feature for many women whether they were on their first or tenth pregnancies.

However, today was different. Natasha had been walking up and down for hours and she could have sworn that the contractions were only getting more intense. She had been trying to call someone, anyone, but all she got were voicemails and phones turned off. Mitchell was in some meeting, he’d told her in the morning. Rita’s phone was turned off. Mona and her Nan were not picking up; they were probably having some bake off. Her father and Stacy’s phones were on voicemails. She was all out of options. But then again, this could just have been the Braxton Hicks.

She clutched her tummy tightly when she felt another nerve wrecking contraction. She grabbed the phone and punched in the first number she thought of, Mona’s.

“Hey girl,” Mona answered cheerfully. Natasha felt a thrill of relief go through her body when she heard her voice.

“Oh my god, you picked up,” Natasha said almost out of breath.

“Honey, you sound like you’ve been doing laps on the track. You okay?” Mona asked sounding concerned.

“I think I’m in labor, Mona,” she said panting. “These damn pains won’t go away,” she said again leaning against the wall. She was now in the kitchen trying to get a grip on whatever sanity she still had left.

“Okay honey. I want you to relax. Tell me, how frequent are the contractions? Five, ten minutes apart?” Mona asked. She sounded frantic. Natasha guessed that she was looking for her car keys. They never seemed to be where she left them.

“I don’t know…maybe twenty, half an hour maybe?” Natasha said. “Oh my God!” she cried out when she felt another contraction. She slowly made her way to the kitchen and yanked the freezer door open. She took some ice cubes and put them in a cup. “I think I need to go to hospital Mona. Get here, now!” she said before stuffing two large cubes in her mouth.

“Okay baby. I will be right there,” Mona said and hung up. Natasha sunk to the floor and put one hand on her baby bump. She did not understand how something so beautiful could cause so much anguish. She took long deep breaths as she sucked on the cold ice cube. Apparently, the ice was supposed to help but she was not seeing the effect. She had heard stories of how labor would sometimes get worse than this. She wanted to cry. This could definitely not get any worse. Her whole pregnancy had been about mood swings and a dry spell. She had probably had sex three times during her entire term. She felt another tear rolling down her cheek. She could not tell what was going on, whether she was crying because of the pain or the frustration of the entire situation. She heard her phone ring and rolled her eyes. She had just gotten settled on the floor, no pain, no discomfort, no nothing. This was the first time in hours she had actually felt her body being relieved. She pulled herself to her feet and slowly made her way to the living room. She looked at her phone and almost smiled. It was Mitchell.

“Baby, what’s up? I found all these missed calls and I know….” His voice trailed off when he heard her heavy breathing. “Tasha, what’s wrong? You sound all out of breath,” he said.

“I think the baby is coming Mitchell,” Natasha said. He suddenly went silent. Natasha knew that he was freaked out. He had always planned on being there when the baby came and it seemed that he could miss it.

“I’m on my way,” Mitchell said.

“No, Mona’s coming. You could meet us at the hospital,” Natasha said. She heard Mitchell breathe a sigh of relief.

“I’m on the other side of town. It might take a while,” he said. Natasha could hear the sadness in his voice.

“I’ll be okay Mitchell. Women have been giving birth in jungles for centuries. I’ll be fine,” she said as calmly as she could as she felt another cramp in her tummy. If she didn’t know any better she could have sworn that the contractions were getting more intense.

“You sounded a little off there. Everything okay?” Mitchell asked sounding helpless.

“Yeah. Just another bad contraction,” Natasha answered. She stood up and began walking around again. She had heard that walking sped up labor and she was willing to do anything to hurry this up.

“Okay. I’ll see you soon. Okay. I am driving as fast as I possibly can,” Mitchell said. Natasha smiled. She knew that he was not bluffing.

“Just don’t get yourself a ticket. Today is the worst day for that to happen,” she said lightly.

“I love you,” Mitchell said. Something in his voice let her know that he was smiling as he said that.

“I love you too,” she said before hanging up. As if on cue, she felt another contraction that made her lean against the wall. When it finally passed, she sank down to the floor and sat down. Even though walking might have sped the process up, she didn’t feel like she was strong enough to keep it up.

By the time Mona arrived, Natasha was sweating it out big time. Her contractions were now a bit closer; this was definitely the real thing. Natasha turned around to look at Mona who was walking fast towards her.

Making Babies With Mr White Sample:

The weather was beautifully warm when the Schmidts finally got back home. The trip from the airport was seemingly short especially since the two had decided to nap all the way home. It seemed the jet lag was a bit too hard on them.

“Ahem,” the driver said loudly when they got home. He looked at the couple in the rear view mirror and was not surprised to see that they were still asleep. “Ahem,” he said again, a bit louder this time.

“Oh, sorry. We’re just a bit exhausted from the flight, that’s all,” Mitchell said as he gently shook Natasha’s shoulder.

“It’s all right, Mr. Schmidt. I understand,” the driver said and got out.

“Tasha, we’re home. Wake up,” Mitchell said as Natasha’s eyelids fluttered open.

“Already?” she asked as she stretched. Mitchell smiled and opened the door on his side.

“I know. We can continue this little nap inside,” he said as they got out of the cab. The driver was walking towards the door carrying the last bag.

Mitchell reached into his pocket and pulled out a hundred dollar bill when he walked back to the car.

“Keep the change,” he said as he handed the driver the money. The driver beamed.

“Thank you, sir. Very generous of you,” the driver said as he got back in the vehicle. They turned and slowly walked towards the door, both tired and exhausted from the flight.

“Wait,” Mitchell said as they approached the door. “I have to do this right,” he said. Natasha looked at him in wonder.

“Mitch, what the…whoa,” she said when he took her up in his arms. She looked up at him and smiled. “Oh, so this is what you meant,” she said as he carried her into the house.

“Men have been doing this since way before time began. So, welcome home, my wife,” he said before bringing his head down and kissing her. She pulled away and smiled, then looked around the house. She suddenly felt as if this was a different house. Things were not the way she remembered them. She could have sworn that walls had been moved and repainted, and the furniture she remembered was no longer there. In its place were new seats, black in color. There were multicolored throw pillows all over the living room…the same way she would have redecorated.

“Mitch…what happened to your house?” she asked as he placed her down. She walked towards the living room and noticed that his frat house table that had beer and tea stains was out and in its place was a black marble top dining table. The new paint and the low hanging chandelier gave the entire room a colonial feel.

“That was my house. I needed to turn this into our house,” Mitchell said as he walked over to her. He put his arms around her waist and kissed her neck. “I made sure everything was made exactly how you would like it,” he added. She turned around and kissed him. “Wait, you haven’t seen anything yet,” he said, pulling away.

“Haven’t I seen enough?” she asked. He smiled and shook his head.

“Come on,” he said as he took his hand. “You have to see the bedrooms,” he said, leading her through the hallway.

“Bedrooms? How many do we have?” Natasha asked with a smile.

“Three,” he said. “The other two don’t really matter. The master is what you must see. After all, you’ll be spending a lot of time in here,” he said as he opened the door to their bedroom.

“What the…” her voice trailed off as she looked around. The bed she had come to know for so long as his had been replaced by a beautiful king size bed. The light brown carpeting was a perfect match to the drapes and wallpaper. She turned around and looked at him. “How did you orchestrate all these without my knowledge?” she asked smiling.

“I do have a few tricks up my sleeve. I made all the plans before we left and left the project in the able hands of your good friend Rita,” he said. Natasha giggled at the thought of remodeling the house being called a project. She walked to the bed and sat down. He watched her run her hand over the smooth bedding. “She’s pretty talented if you ask me. Maybe she has more than just art in that hot headed mind of hers,” he said as he walked towards the bed.

“Your house was beautiful as it was,” she said looking at him. He shook his head.

“I needed it to be our house plus I knew how uncomfortable you were with the fact that I had fraternized with other women in this very house,” he said putting an arm around her shoulders. “I needed to make sure that you would feel at home and not like a guest,” he added as he planted a kiss on her forehead. She smiled.

“This has to be the grandest gesture you have ever shown me,” she said. He laughed.

“Grandest? What are we now, old English?” he asked with a smile. She shrugged.

“Certain gestures call for certain measures of kindness, kind sir,” she said as she let her hair loose and began unbuttoning her blouse.

“What are you doing?” he asked, looking at her. “I thought we were tired,” he said. She smiled and stood up to take her pants off. He looked at her standing before him in just her underwear.

“We are tired. But before we get into bed, we have to test the shower,” she said as she unhooked her bra. He looked up at her and smiled.

My Honeymoon With Mr White Sample:

“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to join this man and this woman in holy matrimony,” the priest began. Natasha looked at Mitchell through her veil and smiled. She could tell that he could not wait to have her alone once again, to have her in his arms, to have her as his wife.

“If there is anyone here who has any reason why these two should not be joined together in holy matrimony, please say so now or forever hold your peace,” the priest said and paused, obviously to give people a chance to come forward. Mitchell looked at Natasha again. This was definitely the most tense moment in a wedding but he had nothing to worry about…or did he? Natasha shifted her gaze from Mitchell and then to the crowd and finally back to the priest. She looked over at Rita who was now smiling at her. At that moment she saw Rita mouth the words “all good.” She smiled again.

Suddenly, a gasp fell over the crowd. She turned around. There was a commotion among the guests, but she was yet to know what it was about.

“Oh hell no,” she heard Mona’s unmistakable voice. She looked around to give her the evil eye but Mona was looking at something else, at someone else in the crowd. She followed Mona’s cold look and felt as if she had just been stabbed in the spine. Right in the middle of the crowd, wearing a white strapless dress…wait…white? “Who wears white to a wedding?” she thought as she squinted to get a better view. Her heart almost skipped a beat when her brain registered the familiar female form.

“Mitchell, get that bitch out of here,” Mona said as she approached Natasha. “Get her out, NOW!” she commanded. She was clearly getting agitated. Natasha knew exactly what she was thinking. If only they had given her the few minutes alone she had asked for with this woman, this wouldn’t be happening. “It’s okay honey, we are not going to let some woman ruin this for you,” Natasha heard Mona whisper in her ear. She wanted to talk but for some reason, she could not find her voice. She was tongue tied, for the first time in a long time, she was literally tongue tied. She looked at Mitchell as she felt a stream of tears rolling down her cheeks.

“What the hell are you doing here, Lisa?” Leo asked. Natasha looked at Mitchell, confused by what was happening. He took a step forward and placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder.

“You can’t get married, Mitchell,” Lisa said as she began walking towards the front. “You and I still got something going on and you know it,” she said. Natasha could see the uncomfortable look on Mitchell’s face as she walked towards them.

“Is this some media thing? Is this being staged?” the priest asked in a hushed whisper as he looked at Rita and Mona.

“Does this look staged to you?” Rita asked angrily.

“Mitch, baby…why would you do this when you know what we have isn’t over?” she asked.

“Shut up, Lisa!” Mitch said angrily. “Leo, you’ve got to help me, man,” he said as he nervously looked at Natasha. “Everything’s going to be all right, sweetie,” he said. “I’ll take care of this.” He walked away, towards the crowd.

Normally, she would have so much faith in Mitchell, but not today. There was something off about this day. Why would his ex-wife show up at their wedding? Why would she make a scene? Why….just why? She needed answers. She needed to know why the best day in her life would suddenly become her worst nightmare.

“Lisa, you need to leave,” Leo said walking towards Lisa who had now walked up to the front. Everyone was looking at them in shock. Cameras were clicking away like crazy. This was not what Natasha had in mind when she decided on a small intimate wedding. All she wanted was one day she could be proud of, the day she deserved.

“No! Not until I get what brought me here!” Lisa said as she ran towards Mitchell. At that moment, Natasha noticed that she had something in her hand. She had a gun! She needed to get Mitchell out of there. She needed to make sure he would live through this. Again she tried to open her mouth to speak…but still nothing.

“Get out, bitch!” Leo said as he grabbed Lisa by the waist.

“Gun!” Natasha yelled as she found her voice. “Leo, gun!” she said again before a loud bang paralyzed the entire place. People ran around in panic. Women were screaming as the men tried desperately to shield their wives and girlfriends from the gunfire. She watched in a panic as her guests hurried towards the door, trying to escape the nightmare that was meant to be the best day of her life. Her breathing got increasingly labored as she struggled to catch a breath.

She suddenly felt weak in the knees. It was as if her legs suddenly couldn’t hold her weight. The voices around her became distant as her legs gave in…

*****

To say that Natasha Black was over the moon would be a bit of an understatement. This was the woman who was destined to be the newest Schmidt in town, the newest addition to the Schmidt legacy. She and Mitchell were actually expected to be the new power couple. Screw Barack and Michelle; these two would definitely be the new force to reckoned with…at least that would be what the tabloids would be publishing.

As she walked down the aisle, she not only felt like the most beautiful woman in the room, but also the luckiest. She smiled at the guests as she walked holding on to her father’s arm.

“You ready?” Eric asked as they approached the priest. Natasha took a long deep breath and nodded.

“I guess so,” she whispered to her father with a smile. She looked over at Mitchell and felt herself melt. He was wearing the classic three piece black suit with a white shirt, a purple bow tie…perfectly in line with the color theme of the day.

“Who gives this woman to this union, today?” the priest asked calmly. There was a warmth about him. Apart from the robes he wore, you would have never suspected he was a man of the cloth had you met him in a bar or club.

Wedding Planning With Mr White Sample:

As she walked down the aisle, Natasha Black, soon to be Natasha Black-Schmidt, could feel the butterflies in her tummy. This was definitely the happiest day of her life. Everything she ever wanted was in this one very nice man who any woman would be lucky to call her own. She felt herself shake a little as she slowly made her way down the walkway scattered with rose petals. Her breasts looked full in her strapless Vera Wang embroidered gown. Her curly hair was pulled back in a bun giving way to the lovely tiara that adorned her forehead. In her hands she had a full bouquet of white roses. She looked like a princess, Mitchell Schmidt’s princess.

Her heart was pounding faster as she made her way towards the man of her dreams. She could see her father and Nan smiling at her, so proud of their baby. Rita, who was her maid of honor, was also looking on, smiling at her best friend. Natasha smiled back as the distance between her and her future husband got shorter.

She suddenly felt the color drain from her face when she saw Jay smiling at her. Unlike all the other guests in the chapel, Jay was seated rather than on his feet. On his lap, he had a brown haired bimbo who wore a seriously short white dress.

Who wears white to a wedding?” Natasha wondered. But the dress was the least of her problems. What she saw next made her sick to the stomach. The bimbo and Jay were in a tight lip lock, not caring for the fact that they were in the house of God. She felt sick as Jay’s hand slowly ran up and down the girl’s thigh and then under her dress. What the hell was this? He was not even invited. This was not happening. She suddenly realized that she was rooted to the ground. She was no longer walking. Her legs actually could not move. How could this happen? How had it gone from being the happiest day of her life to the worst and how could Jay do this? He was a douche, granted, but not this much. She felt her heart rate rising. She could see people talking to her, asking her what the matter was but her voice seemed to fail her. She suddenly noticed that the petals of her bouquet were slowly withering; the chapel was no longer bright and beautiful. There was darkness around her, in the chapel….

Natasha woke up with a start and sat upright in her seat. “Thank God none of that was real,” she thought as she took a sip from her half finished bottle of water. She then took a deep breath, crossed her legs, and began typing away on her computer. From the corner of her eye she could see the time: 11:49 p.m. She sighed. This was so not how she intended to spend her evening. She had her Wednesday evening all figured out by lunch hour. She was going to leave work early since it was supposed to be her day off anyway, head to the salon for a manicure, and then maybe, just maybe, do some shopping for her upcoming wedding.

She smiled as the thought crossed her mind. Her wedding. It seemed so unreal. She was actually going to get married to one of the best, most charming, most good looking…no, drop dead gorgeous men she knew. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Of course, she hoped that it would be better than her dream. Though she had not told Mitchell about it, Natasha had been having some pretty nasty dreams as far as her wedding was concerned. Her best friend and family had convinced her that it was just wedding jitters, something that happened to every bride.

“You’re just nervous and want everything to be perfect,” her father had said reassuringly. “Every woman I know has them, it’s nothing to worry about.” Rita, on the other hand, was convinced that it was more than just jitters.

“You are exhausted. All you need is some sleep, a good massage and a wedding planner,” Rita had said on a separate occasion. For Natasha, planning her own wedding had been her dream and even though she wanted a small intimate ceremony, she wanted to be the one to oversee everything. But somehow, this seemed to take a toll on her. She was tired all the time, she dozed off in meetings and she was barely getting her beauty sleep. She looked at the wedding planner’s card on her desk and sighed. “Maybe it would not hurt to have someone take the load off my shoulders,” she thought, her eyes still on the card. God knows she needed it, badly.

Pull yourself together Tasha,” she thought as she shrugged her shoulders. Suddenly, the serene environment of her office was interrupted by the shrill ringing and loud vibration of her phone. She looked at the screen and smiled.

“Hey, baby,” she cooed despite the fact that she was exhausted.

“Hey beautiful. What you up to?” Mitchell asked. She took a long deep breath before leaning back in her chair.
